“ Una sorpresa che ci ha aperto un universo differente sulla pizza. Una preparazione e un impasto che oserei definire 'nuvola', che spiega perché noi zotici settentrionali ci ostiniamo a lasciare il cornicione nel piatto: non è impastato e cotto come si deve! In una pizzeria come Maturo non si può lasciare il cornicione, ma va gustato con tutta la pizza, fino all'ultima briciola. Lo dimostrano le montanarine di antipasto, come il gradito benvenuto. Personale gentilissimo e prodigo di imformazioni per noi turisti, locale bene arredato secondo le moderne tendenze. La birra artigianale in carta è di una bontà sopraffina, una scelta che bene si accosta al livello assoluto delle pizze ”
